Meet the Awesome Ladies of St. Louis Dancewear!

Ashley B.
Ashley is a Senior in High School and has been dancing over 10 years. Currently, she studies dance at Krupinski Academy of Dance. Her favorite styles of dance are tap and lyrical. Ashley is looking ahead to college and planning to dance recreationally while studying family science and human development. 
Isabel M.
Isabel is a Junior in High School and has been dancing since she was 2 years old at the Professional Dance Center. She trains weekly in tap, jazz, ballet, contemporary, and hip-hop, in addition to PDC's competition team. She loves to perform at the Muny over the summer and spending any spare time she has at St. Louis Dancewear.
Joanna Latas
Joanna danced and performed with Performing Arts Centre from age 3-18. After two national championships on the Lindenwood University Dance Team, she took her expertise to Francis Howell's dance team as the assistant coach and watched her dancers win 2 state titles under her direction. She is currently teaching dance at Performing Arts Centre; the same studio she danced at as a child.
MaKayla Hunter
MaKayla started dancing at age 2 and is new to St. Louis since she moved from Indiana to dance professionally with AshleyLiane Dance Company. Currently, she teaches contemporary, tap, jazz, and hip-hop at Impact Dance and Acro. MaKayla is St. Louis Dancewear's Account Manager which means she is the liaison between studios/schools and the store. Contact MaKayla: mhunter@stlouisdancewear.com
Robyn Hartley
Not only has Robyn studied dance and ballet extensively her whole life, she has taught, trained, and mentored many young ballerinas in St. Louis over the last 20 years. Robyn also creates thoughtful pieces for her ballet blog and is the contributing author to St. Louis Dancewear's blog. She currently teaches ballet at Bella Dance Center and LA Dance Center. 
Sarah Wood
Sarah grew up in Memphis, TN dancing alongside her sister from age 4 thru 18. She studied jazz, tap, modern, ballet, pointe, and experienced competitions, conventions, and summer intensives along the way. Sarah has taken some adult ballet since but is primarily a dance mom. She enjoys watching from the audience as her daughter enters her 13th year at Dance Center of Kirkwood. TuTu is the store's greeter, mascot, Instagram star, and sometimes the boss. #bosstutu She may be a little shy at first, but she does love to jump up and greet customers when the front door chimes.
