Meet the Awesome Ladies of St. Louis Dancewear!
Arianna is a professional dancer and a part of the esteemed Big Muddy Dance Company. She has been dancing all of her life starting in Ohio, graduating with a BFA in Dance Performance from Butler University, and then teaching and choreographing in Chicago. Her favorite genres of dance are ballet and contemporary dance.
Brooke is a Freshman in college and has been a dancer most of her life. She danced and performed with LaVerne Meier School of Dance for over 10 years and attended Grand Center Performing Arts High School. In addition, she was a part of the esteemed apprentice program with Ashleyliane's Dance Company.
Danielle is a Sophmore at Kirkwood HS and started dancing at age 2 at The Dance Center of Kirkwood. Though she excelled at all genres of dance, as a teenager she focused mainly on ballet and pointe. Currently she juggles a busy dance schedule that now includes the Pommies Dance Team at the High School.
Jillian is a Freshman in college and began dancing at her mother's studio, L.A. Dance, at age 2.5. She has literally grown up in a dancing "family" - with her mother and their studio families. Starting from a very young age, Jillian has helped her mother grow her studio from one location to two and continues to help as a dance teacher. Modern dance is her favorite type of dance.
Riley is a Senior in High School at Incarnate Word and has been dancing since she was 4 years old at
LaVerne Meier School of Dance. She has taken every style of dance her studio offers but her favorite style of dance is tap. Riley is planning on a career in physical therapy and plans to always dance in some capacity.
Sarah W., Owner
Sarah grew up in Memphis, TN dancing alongside her sister from age 4 thru 18. She studied jazz, tap, modern, ballet, pointe, and experienced competitions, conventions, and summer intensives along the way. Sarah has taken some adult ballet since but her plate is full as a dance mom (and hockey mom) and an entrepreneur. "Dance has always been a part of my family and am so excited to offer St. Louis a unique shopping experience."
