SACODA Glow is partnered with Atmosphera, a 10-year-old Canadian skincare line launching in the US. For studio owners, retailers, and professionals who already serve women — this is a no-inventory, no-overhead way to add income to what you're already doing.
From Sarah Wood · Foundational US Affiliate
I built this page specifically for the people in my world who already have an audience of women — and a need for a second income stream that doesn't require more inventory, more rent, or more hours behind a counter.
Your studio is full of moms and dancers who already trust you. A QR code at the front desk, a tester station in your retail nook, and you have a recurring revenue stream that doesn't compete with your tuition or merch.
You don't need to carry inventory or process orders. Customers scan, order direct, and you earn — without the backorder-and-restock cycle you know too well.
Closing gifts that feel curated, not corporate. Atmosphera bundles are gender-neutral, generously sized, and signal sophisticated taste — a clever way to welcome a client to a new climate.
If you already have a digital audience or simply know a lot of people, there is a real opportunity for you. Ground-floor US positioning, a modern hybrid compensation structure, no subscriptions, and no recruiting required.
No inventory. No monthly auto-ship requirement. No sales tax reporting. Atmosphera handles fulfillment, shipping, payment processing, and customer service. You share the brand. They handle the rest.
$50 annual enrollment fee. You receive a personalized website, affiliate URLs, QR codes, marketing assets, and access to the back office. That's the total cost to start. Plus, you get an experienced mentor to train you and your staff as much as you need at no additional cost.
You share your link or QR code however suits your business — skincare testers on a counter display, social posts, email, in-person events, closing gifts. Customers click, order, and check out on Atmosphera's site. You simply share.
You earn commission on every retail order through your link. Commission rates start at 20% and scale to 35% based on monthly volume. If you choose to refer other business partners, you'll earn referral commission. If you don't, you can stay solo with no penalty.
Most direct sales companies want you to carry inventory, host parties, or hit monthly minimums. Atmosphera doesn't. Here's why that matters for someone already running a business.
You're not buying product to resell. Customers order direct from Atmosphera, ship direct from Atmosphera. You earn the commission without touching a box.
When a dance family ages out of your studio or a customer moves away, your relationship with them ends. With Atmosphera, they keep ordering — and you keep earning. The relationship outlives the original transaction.
Solo sellers can reach top tiers without recruiting anyone. Team builders earn additional commission. Either path is valid — choose your involvement. Retail only, networking, or a combo of both.
Atmosphera launched in the US in April 2026. Early affiliates have first-mover advantage in territory, audience, and team-building incentives that won't be available a year from now. This is a ground-floor opportunity.
I'm don't expect you to know the answer from this page. The right move is a 20-minute conversation where I can answer your questions, understand your goals, and help you decide if this fits your business — without pressure. Send me a note, and we'll set something up either in-person or on Zoom.
Email Me About the Opportunity
First of all, I've had success in this industry before my retail days, and I can see the opportunity with an experienced eye. It checks all of the boxes.
Second, I spent nine years running a brick-and-mortar dancewear store and another five years running a small niche retail store prior to St. Louis Dancewear. I know what it costs to maintain inventory, manage seasonal cash flow, train staff, and serve a community of women and girls who count on you. I also know what it feels like to close that chapter — and to wonder what's next.
What drew me to this partnership was a model I could adapt to my own business. Atmosphera's retail structure doesn't punish you for being a solo operator or reward you for hoarding inventory. As dancewear store owners, we know this all too well.
I also personally know the women running Atmosphera from the top, and they have the affiliates' best interests at heart. They are smart, full-package, intentional women. It's the closest thing I've seen to a "business in a box" that I'd actually recommend to my closest friends.
I'm a foundational US affiliate, which means I'm in early enough to help shape what the US team looks like. The people I bring in now have access to me directly — training, support, strategy, the works. That's a real benefit for someone deciding whether this is worth their time.

Atmosphera is a direct-sales/affiliate company with a multi-tier compensation structure. The honest answer is yes, technically — but the model is intentionally modern. You have the opportunity to earn a meaningful income as a solo seller without recruiting anyone. There are no inventory requirements, no monthly auto-ship minimums, and no penalty for not building a team. It's more closely aligned with affiliate marketing than with traditional MLM models or traditional wholesale accounts.
$50 annual enrollment fee that includes your affiliate website, QR codes, marketing materials, and back-office access. That's the only required cost. There's no required starter kit purchase (though there is an option - great for testers), no required monthly personal order, and no required event tickets or anything silly like that.
No. Customers order directly from Atmosphera through your affiliate link, and Atmosphera ships the order from its Atlanta fulfillment center. You never touch a product unless you choose to buy it for personal use or to use as an in-person sample.
Most of my conversations with potential partners are with people who have an audience (or large circle of influence) but not necessarily a digital one — studio owners with 150 dance families, salon owners with 350 clients, realtors with a closing-gift budget. Real-life networks are often the highest-converting. Social is a multiplier, not a requirement. If people "know you, like you, and trust you," then you are ahead of any TikTok influencer.
Monthly, by direct deposit, by the 10th of the month following the commission month. Commissions on retail sales range from 20% to 35%, depending on monthly sales volume. The more you sell, the higher your retail commission will be. Team-based commissions continue to unlock at higher ranks.
The honest answer: like any business, what you put in is what you get out. If you enroll, do nothing, and expect commissions to roll in, they won't. If you treat it like a real second income stream — share consistently, follow up with your existing audience, plug into training, and stay informed about company news — it can become meaningful. I'd rather tell you that now than oversell it.
The 20-minute conversation is free, low-pressure, and the most useful thing I can offer you. I'll send you the full compensation plan, the comp plan glossary, and a recorded walkthrough you can review on your own time after we talk. No commitment. If you know me, you know I only want the best for you.
